Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing RD Online Service. Because we offer rapid digital activations (within 5-15 minutes) for biometric devices, our refund policy is strictly defined below.
1. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Incorrect Serial Number: If you provide an incorrect device serial number and the RD service is activated on that wrong number, no refund will be issued.
- Physical Device Defects: RD Service is a software/server registration. If your physical scanner (e.g., Morpho, Mantra, Startek) is broken, has a faulty cable, or suffers hardware failure, we cannot issue a refund for the RD Service.
- Phased Out Models: If your device model is permanently blocked or phased out by UIDAI/manufacturer after you purchase the recharge, refunds are subject to manufacturer policies.
2. Refund Eligible Scenarios
- Failed Activation: If your payment is successful but we are unable to whitelist your device on the manufacturer's server within 48 hours due to server downtime or backend errors.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same device serial number accidentally.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund for an eligible scenario, please email email@rdonlineservice.com or call +911140661635 with your Order ID and Device Serial Number. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
